My Viper v2 pro stopped working

Hey, my mouse suddenly stopped working overnight i opened my pc and couldn’t get the mouse to work via wireless and with the wire, changed usb ports nothing, tried charging it but no response and the led doesn’t do nothing when i try to turn it on nothing works what can i do to get the mouse to work tried changing cables and nothing happens after i plug the mice to charge it what seems to be the issue?

    If your Razer Viper V2 Pro shows zero signs of life (no LED response, no charging feedback, and non-functional in both wired and wireless modes across multiple cables and ports), the issue is likely a dead battery, a completely fried internal PCB/power management IC, or a failed USB-C port on the mouse itself. let’s get to bottom of this.
