I've just switched on my laptop and the dongle no longer works. The mouse (which is less than 6 months old) no longer works wirelessly. However, it still works when plugged in directly.
The dongle is plugged directly into the PC, I've tried all the USB ports, and it doesn't change anything. Neither the mouse nor the PC can see the dongle. The "USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility" application doesn't see anything either. In the end, I followed all the advice I could find on the forum and nothing helped to solve the problem.
