its teh same problem i have right now. it is stopped instantly when i during in game. am still looking for a solution. thousend people get same issue but no one have still solution.

I have a problem with my viper v2 pro as it won’t show leds when I click the mouse it won’t charge it won’t work won’t connect to my pc I don’t know why does anyone know how to fix this or do I send it back??

The same thing happened to me with v2 pro and I left it charging often for 2 weeks and out of nowhere it turned on, but it went crazy, it turns off every 10 minutes, the PC recognizes it when it wants, it works wirelessly normally for 1 hour and It turns off, I can only turn it on by connecting it to the cable and disconnecting it

In my case, the mouse no longer turns on and continues like this, even after making all the suggestions mentioned above, very sad indeed

I already tried this method and it didn't work

So I did the step with holding the power button for 10 secs or more until it resets and now I can use my mouse but only with a cable. When I unplug the cable it doesnt work. And after all that I can turn my mouse on for like 3 or 4 secs and it works wirelessly and then it shuts down. And when I go to my razer synapse app it says that the mouse is charging but is constantly on 0%. I don’t understand why it wont charge. I still have the warranty It is only 2 months old but I dont want to go to them yet. If anybody knows if there is some kind of fix for this.

Also currently having this issue with mine being just over three months. Mine is being detected by my PC and works perfectly fine plugged in, but I got this mouse for the sole purpose of being able to switch between wired and wireless. I would like some help on this issue please

Plug the mouse into the wall plug and hold it down for more than 12 seconds. Had the same issue and this worked for me.

I GENUINELY THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO BUY A NEW MOUSE, OH MY GOD THANK YOU SO MUCH

Side note: couldn’t get it to work with PC USB slots, but it did work when I tried plugging it into the wall and holding the power button.
