I have a viper pro v2 mouse and suddenly it stopped charging or turning on. When plugged in, the light does not come on, the usb windows sound does not play and it is not displayed on the razer synapse board. I've tried pressing the power/dpi button on the back and I've also tried holding it down for varying amounts of time but it still doesn't work.
It flashed red before this happened so I believe it was out of battery.
I left it plugged in for 30 minutes just to see if it could charge while being unresponsive, but I still couldn't get it to work.
Has anyone ever seen this happen before? Is there anything I can do to get it working again?
