I used my Viper V3 Pro early this morning, and I put my PC to sleep, since I never shut it down.
When I woke up to start working, the mouse wasn't working. Both the dongle and the mouse seem to be dead. I connected the mouse directly to the PC with the cable, but nothing. I would appreciate any help or a replacement. Thank you.

It would seem that your mouse is already defective. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.

My razer viper v3 pro just wont turn on, the led wont flash, or anything at all, whenever i plug it into my pc it doesn’t work either, ive had the mouse for a couple months with 0 issues, it didnt start until last night i updated windows and shut down my pc and i woke up this morning and now it just wont work at all, ive tried plugging it into a different pc with different chords including the usb-c chord that it came with and ive had no luck.
