My Viper V3 pro has started having issues with stuck buttons (all of them)

Seemingly all at once my Viper V3 Pro has started having both left, right and mouse 4 and 5 button issues.

Its sticking down on all of them, but only after I would say 4 hours of use, but sometimes a little sooner.

I have the latest firmware, this issue has been happening for around 2 months.

I understand that you are having an issue with your Viper V3 Pro where the left, right, and mouse 4 and 5 buttons are sticking down after several hours of use. Please try these troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue. 

  • Clean the affected button using a can of compressed air.

  • Verify Windows is up to date.

  • Connect the USB dongle directly to the PC and verify there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.

  • Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.

    Razer Synapse on the system tray

  • If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  • Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.

 

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
