Hey there, @fastNavysecret634

I understand that your Razer Viper V4 Pro stopped working just a few hours after you started using it. To better understand the issue, could you please let me know:

1. Does the device no longer power on at all?
2. Are there any LED indicators lighting up on the mouse?
3. Have you tried connecting it using a different USB port or cable?
4. Is the issue occurring in both wired and wireless mode?

Please send me a PM along with the device's serial number so I can check its details in our system and assist you further.

Also, I noticed that you've posted about the same issue in a different thread. Just a friendly reminder to try and keep the same issue to one thread to prevent any confusion and speed up the resolution process. Thanks for understanding!
