I went to turn on my Computer to indulge in my daily gaming ritual and found that my mouse was not responding and a the white led kept flashing twice every now and then like it’s trying to find a connection.
I restarted the computer, unplugged and plugged the device, updated the mouse to the latest firmware however when trying to update the dongle as well, the updater would not recognise the dongle.
When I went to device manager, the wireless dongle was also not recognised when plugged in to all usb ports on my PC.
I would like to know how to fix this and if not am I still able to have this under warranty for the dongle.

Hey there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, you can also try it on a different computer. If that didn’t do the trick, then you can ping me via PM along with your Razer Viper V2 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other workarounds.
