My volume wheel of my Huntsman v3 pro tkl 8hz scrolls instead

It worked perfectly for the first days but now that I started to use it it scrolls up and down instead of changing the volume

Hi Nic2008las

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Please do a clean re-install of the Razer Synapse if the keyboard works with Razer Synapse disabled. You can also try cleaning it using a can of compressed air and spray it in between the gaps. It will help remove any debris that might have been causing the problem. If that didn’t work out, then drop me a PM along with your Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless serial number so I can validate it and look for other workarounds that we can attempt. All the best!
