Hello Sir

My wallet disabled and I still have the razer gold in my wallet. Is any way to fix the issue for me?

I have been send lots of email to support team and try to use the online chat But still not fix yet.

What's the reason made my wallet disabled?

There is any way to be fix or my money will be locked in the razer gold account forever and not allowed me to use?

I have the same problem, My wallet got disabled without all of a sudden.
I sent a lot of mails regarding this since a week ago. 
The customer support only replies with a template reply, seems like a bot. So frustrating.

Please help….

Same to me. The support like a robot reply. And looks like they don't want to fixed up the problem wanna take my money. I still have around $200 balance in there. Now don't What to do
