My wallet has been disabled and they wanted me to provide the payment proof for the top up card.

As i bought the card from carousell seller and he did not provide me the payment recepit.  i have only the card How can i retrieve back my wallet which has 300++ SGD inside? My case id is   (removed for security purposes)
