MyCard Point Card

Good Day, 

I purchase a MyCard Point Card and all I received in my email is the transaction receipt and it has a coupon code of some sort but when I try to use it on the actual MyCard website to topup, different details are needed,

I have reached out to MyCard thinking its was their discrepancy but it turns out the the coupon code given to me by razer was not the “Card Number and Card Password” they were looking for.

Where  could I claim the point card using the receipt or the code in the receipt?
Am I stuck in a process that I should have known?

I have also submitted a ticket to Support
