Мышка по какой-то причине работает на проводе, а без провода просто каждую секунду пропадает и не ловит компьютером, хотя до этого все замечательно работало(драйвера все новые и вот не знаю в чем проблема). Помогите чем сможете может сталкивался кто с такой проблемой

This translates as:
For some reason, the mouse works with a wire, but without a wire, it just disappears every second and the computer doesn't connect to it, even though everything was working fine before (the drivers are all up-to-date, so I don't know what the problem is). Anyone else with this problem, please help.

I understand that the Razer Viper Ultimate works when wired but keeps disconnecting every second when used wirelessly. To fix  the issue, please do the steps below:

1. Make sure to fully charge the mouse.

2. Make sure the USB wireless dongle is firmly connected to the PC.
3. Try a different USB port, preferably a USB 2.0 port on the back of the PC.
4. Remove any USB hubs/extenders temporarily and plug the dongle directly into the computer.
5. Place the mouse and dongle very close to each other.
6. Remove or move away any devices that might cause interference (Wi‑Fi routers, phones, other wireless devices)
7. Make sure to update your mouse firmware and use the pairing utility here.
