Mystic Light Unreachable

I just got a MSI X570 motherboard. I am trying to sync my Synapse with the Dragon Center Mystic Light app. Synapse is showing the Mystic Light is unreachable. When I click on the Game Sync button in Dragon center...the LED flash off, but then nothing happens. It doesnt look like the Game Sync mode is enabled as the button doesnt change color or give any notification. If I close the Synapse app then the LED kick back on with the Mystic Light default settings...so Synapse is doing something in the background...I just dont know what or how to fix it.

Found this option in Mystic Lights After a reboot...now the MSI Mystic Light is no longer showing "Unreachable", and when I click the Game Sync button inside Mystic Sync the LEDs on the motherboard start flashing red...if I press the Game Sync button again the LEDs go off...and if I click again they go back to just flashing red... So apparently Synapse is now talking to the lights, but isnt really sending the proper effect code to the mobo to get the lights to do anything but flash. FYI...this is Dragon Center 2.0.104 Mystic Light 1.0.1.15 Synapse 3.6.331.31613

Hi, I have a MSI MPD X570 Gaming Edge Wifi and the problem was that the intigrated RGB lighting often flickered and the effects of the connected RGB fans sometimes "restarted" several times in quick succession. Since I do not use the Dragon Center otherwise and could not fix the problem, I have now connected the entire RGB lighting via a Razer Chroma RGB controller.

Hey everyone! Thanks for initiating this thread. I've noticed some posts related to Chroma integration from other app/peripherals such as the Lian Li motherboard which was addressed by a hotfix that will be a supplemental firmware update to version 3.6.331.31613. I am suspecting that this thread is related. Have you submitted it to our Support Team? If you haven't, please click this link or send me the following: a. Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.). b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver). c. Screenshot of Synapse version (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right. For Synapse 3.0, click “About”). d. Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
