Nabu Watch syncing failed / Razer Sila APP cannot connect to the server

won't sync to my phone it shows up in bt but after I enter the 4 pin code it gives I get the synching error message
Many people are in the same situation as me

The app shows that it cannot connect to the server.
reset sila and app download again as still same situation
someone are in the same situation as me
