naga chroma a side button problem

hello i have a razer naga chroma 2014* and my #2 side button doesnt work consistently, some days i need to press it a few secs before it starts working for a bit other days i press it and nothing happens some times if i hold the button down it starts to jitter by regestring and unregestring really fast anyway i tried to clean around the button and nothing is helping

    TuDeal - You may check if the issue happens while connecting the device to another computer with no Razer Synapse installed or you can close the Razer Synapse 2.0 in your computer and see if the issue persists.
