This his been a very long ongoing issue that occasionally gets resolved with some Synapse updates but almost always comes back.
Very erratically it seems that Synapse changes my keybinds on my Naga Chroma back to default, it’s only 3 changes but I use them often so it’s very disrupting. I change mouse wheen right to just scroll click, and mouse 4 and 5 to their respective buttons instead of DPI increase or decrease.
Since upgrading to Synapse 4 this problem has been significantly worse to the point I’m going to give up on this mouse if it can’t be resolved, even after having used it for over a decade now.
I love the Naga, it’s perfect for me, but ultimately there’s constant issues that I can no longer overlook and it’s becoming a joke that Razer continues to shoot themselves in the foot every time there’s an update to their god awful software that I’m forced to use.
My Naga model no. is RZ01-0161 if that helps at all. I find conflicting evidence if there is even onboard memory for this mouse but to my knowledge I believe there is not.
This is not a problem with profiles not migrating properly or at all because i didn’t migrate them,
