Naga Classic 12 button panel not registering at all or on constant press

Recently my Naga Classic (12 button side) has started either not registering the 12 button at all or is in a constant state of entry.  It will do this at random, but most commonly after removing and reapplying the panel.  It is clean as well as the prongs.  I’ve uninstalled synapse (4) and deleted all the drivers.  Still not registering button presses or will spam constantly.  I have no Macros set up and I’ve also factory reset the mouse as well.
