Naga Classic buttons turning off

I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix this. I just bought a brand new razer naga classic to replace my previous naga and it works fine until I play games that require many button presses. As I'm spamming buttons the buttons will just stop working and the mouse will go black. The only way to turn it back on is the unplug and replug it in or just hit a bunch of buttons on the side really fast. Has anyone got a fix for this?
