Today I unpacked my Naga Epic Chroma and plugged it into my clean installed computer.
Unfortunately, the control device driver is not recognized and therefore the mouse is not recognized by Synapse 2.
How can I install the control device driver?
What have I done so far?
- clean install computer
- deactivated driver signature enforcment
- deleted all razer folders several times and reinstalled synapse
None of this has worked.
