Naga Epic Chroma Not Connected to Dongle | Razer Insider

I powered up my computer this morning and Naga Epic Croma was not responding to input. I noticed the wireless dongle is blinking a constant white rather than the usual constant white, which looks to me like it's trying to find the mouse, but I could not find any documentation confirming this (or how to tell the mouse to pair). I have tried restarting the computer, removing and replacing the dongle, and cycling the power on the mouse itself. I am currently able to use the mouse in wired mode, but of course, I paid for the wireless version and would like to have that option restored! Can anyone point me in the right direction?
