Naga Epic chroma works fine but not charging on wired mode.
My Naga Epic chroma started acting funny about a month ago. Issue is, it doesn't charge on wired mode but works fine until the battery power is there. I have to connect it every time to wireless mode to recharge it. At first I thought it was a battery issue but battery is fine, I can use the mouse on wireless mode for like 3 to 4 hours after a one full charge session.
I have tried razer synapse clean installation few times but it did not work.
anyone knows a solution for this?

Death_strokEHave you checked if the wired mode is still not charging the mouse when it is connected to another USB port or computer? Also, check if the mouse charges to a certain angle as the problem could be the micro USB port on the mouse. I’ll be locking this thread now.
