Naga Hex V2 Firmware

So, I've been having a couple of issues with my 2016 Naga Hex V2. Most common issue is a delay on the macro keys and the ones below the scroll wheel. Whenever I plug the mouse out and in again it works perfectly. I guess it could be a firmware issue and I'm trying to find the firmware updater or the firmware itself to manually install it. Does anyone know where to find it, because google doesn't. Also, does anyone else have the same issues? P.S. When I updated my keyboard's (Blackwidow chroma) firmware the mouse started working way better (the mouse's sensitivity buttons need less pressure.. I have NO IDEA WHY) . However it still does have the delay every now and then.
