Naga Left Hand edition shows as CRP DISABLD

I recently updated to Synapse 4.  A few days later, my Naga LH started flickering and then stoped working.  It shows up as a mass storage device called “CRP DISABLD” with a firmware.bin file listed.  The mouse was several years old, so I plugged in my second Naga LH thinking maybe the first one just died for whatever reason.  However, the second mouse just did the same thing and now both mice no longer work on any computer.  Razer support was not helpful and I've seen others report this same issue.  I'm creating this thread in case someone has a solution or can at least signal boost this issue.  My mice are out of warranty and I'm afraid to buy a new mouse just for it to have the same issue.  Razer needs to supply a firmware flasher for the Left Hand edition naga or find a way to repair/replace our mice.  I especially need this because I have mobility issues and use these mice for my job.
