NAGA Mouse dpi/profile change causes sound device to change.

The link below is an issue i posted in the general forum a month ago but no comments, its a pretty severe issue for gamers, and for anyone else using these razer products nonetheless.

*** The issue, and new findings in addition to my original post ***

The problem is my sound device changes when I use certain functions of my razer naga/blackwidow chroma mouse and keyboard.

The functions that ive noticed will cause this problem so far are:

* Mouse DPI change

* caps

* scr lk

* num lk

* When I start recording a macro

* When I change to another profile

* When I start calibration for my mouse

As you can see this issue can be a constant problem and its not just the important and frequently used functions and the resulting sound changing thats the problem, when the device changes there is also a glitch or flicker of lag, in whatever application im using, if im using a drawing application the glitch will make me have to undo that part and start again, same thing for recording sound through my headset mic except it will cause an error that stops the recording and tells me the device changed.

Sometimes the sound device will keep switching back and forth forever until I unplug the usb to my ps4 controller, this loop has not happened when my ps4 controller is not connected to my pc.

I know the device is changing first because I hear the sound device change to monitor-1 which is a samsung lcd tv, then back to my logitech headset but ive also opened device settings and watched it change, sometimes when the sound device changes i dont hear anything so i dont know which device it changed to. I never hear it change to my monitor-2 which is a asus gaming monitor.

Those are about all the details i have - ill leave my last dxdiag - and ill leave what i think is the synapse log mentioned in the one of the support forums i read, please let me know if thats the right log and if not how to find it.
