Naga Pro 0% battery after waking up from lower power mode

Hello, Just recently received my naga pro mouse. But consistently there has been this annoying bug that shows up sometimes when the mouse wakes up from low power mode (due to inactivity). It is properly recognized by the synapse software, but the battery indicator shows 0% (which enables the low power mode due to low battery, disabling some of the features of the mouse), when in reality the mouse was at 58% before this bug happened. I am attaching a video.

Also I should point out that when this happens, if I try to relaunch synapse, it wont launch at all. I click the "LAUNCH SYNAPSE" button from the central app and nothing happens.
