So i just received my mouse in the mail yesterday and 2 of the 6 buttons dont work. the problem is that this panel isnt in the replacement part list so i cant get another one. Help please

Did you purchase the mouse directly from our website? If so, please send me your order number in case we'll have to submit a warranty claim. For now, please try using the other panels to check if the same issue persists. I'd appreciate it if you'd also send me the serial number of your device via PM so we can further isolate the problem.
