Naga PRO BT won't reconnect after sleep | Razer Insider

Hello,

I just received the Naga PRO, I have installed the software suite, the wired and 2.4Ghz connection works very well.

But in bluetooth, I manage to make the pairing, but if I turn off the mouse or if the PC goes to sleep or even the mouse, after that impossible to reconnect the mouse.

I have to do the pairing again.

Do you have a solution to this problem?

OS: Windows 10 21H2
In windows, I deleted everything relating to mice (current or previous) in Device Manager's Bluetooth and Mice sections, removed the device from the Bluetooth area in control panel, and restarted the computer. Miraculously the device connected without needing to pair it again. Toggling BT on and off and it reconnected every time, so it looks like a driver conflict with older hardware's lingering drivers, or something conflicting with itself, as noted by one observation:

When I was having the issue, the device would also show up under the Bluetooth section in control panel as "Naga Pro" and would appear to be paired as two devices at the same time.

After purging things from Device Manager, it now pairs itself as "Razer Naga Pro."
Looks like I typed too soon. While it worked a few times, I'm mysteriously right back to needing to re-pair the mouse every damn time it goes to sleep. Still has the presumably correct "Razer Naga Pro" in Bluetooth devices, but forgets how to reconnect itself the moment it sleeps or gets toggled off BT and back on again.

What a nightmare.
