Hi,

 

  • I have received a new replacement Razer Blade 14
  • I have a Naga Pro mouse that does not appear anymore in Synapse
  • I have a new Hyperspeed Dongle because I broke the last one
  • I cannot manage to connect the mouse in Synapse again even with the Pairing Utility. The step 2, mouse connection via USB is ok but the Dongle is not detected when I plug it in.
  • Is it because it is not the original dongle that came with the mouse? 

 

I hope somebody can help me :-)

Dongle is visible in Windows device manager when you plug it in?

So there’s possibility that it’s dead on arrival. I’d rma it.
