Just purchased the Naga Pro, it's having multiple issues, and I have already updated the firmware for the dongle and mouse.



The 2.4ghz adapter connection is just horrible, lags bad and constant disconnects/reconnects, making it utterly unusable.



Bluetooth response is great, unless the mouse goes into idle status to save power, or is turned off and back on, then it fails to reconnect without going into system settings, bluetooth devices, add a device and put the mouse into pairing mode every single time. This just triggers a reconnect, but doesn't re-add the device, fix the actual issue, or even show the mouse in possible devices to connect.



I have also ensured windows and all drivers are up to date, that bluetooth devices are not turned off to save system power, removed the device from settings/devices tab and device manager then restarting and re-adding the mouse, and nothing seems to fix this issue.



Side buttons and scroll wheel all work great, and no double click issue that others have faced, although it's only a few days old and that issue usually presents after several months. But with both 2.4ghz and bluetooth connection modes having seperate issues, this mouse is unusable. I would also like to follow this with the fact that I have several other bluetooth devices connected, that also have powersaving/idle modes, and none of those devices seem to have this issue, so it is definitely just this mouse.
