Naga Pro not connecting wirelessly

Hey all, I am having problems with my Razer Naga Pro not connecting wirelessly. It works fine when connected through the cable. I have tried it on other computers and it didn't work on them either. I have also tried both paring utilities on the razer site, uninstalling and reinstalling the device and hooking both the dongle and mouse to the charging dock. Nothing is helping. Any ideas would be appreciated. I haven't tried to use this mouse wirelessly for a little over 4 months, I am not sure if that makes any difference.

    I'm having wireless issues with mine too... It sleeps instantly and it stutters in wireless but it's works fine wired... I've done all of what I can to fix it.
