Naga Pro not turning on without USB cable

As title states. WIthout USB cable, it won't even blink. Idk what to do, I just bought this mouse for $200 and it doesn't even turn on wirelessly. Very frustrated. Wondering if anyone has remedies or ways to reach support. So far my UE has been absolute garbo.
