Naga Pro Num Pad Side 1-3 not responding

My Naga Pro v1 numbered side plate buttons 1 2 and 3 are not creating any input regardless of the mapping I apply to them. All of the other buttons respond as expected. The literal input when I press every button on the 12  button numpad is: 4567890-=

Firmware is up to date and the pins and pads for the mouse and panels are as clean as I can get them.

I was able to figure it out. My side panel were not making good contact. Cleaning them helped a bit, but I have to take off and reseat the panels multiple times until the buttons start registering properly.

I have almost the same issue. 2 works perfectly, but 1 and 3 have to be pushed in very specific ways, or else they only work maybe 1 in 10 times
