I connect my Naga Pro to my computer using a dongle but every so of often it will disconnect for a around 2-8 seconds before it reconnects. My games are hugely affected by this and the disconnecting has made me die many times. I’ve already updated the firmware of my mouse and the same thing happens even after I plug the dongle into a different port. If i don’t find a fix I’ll have to have to spend tons of money for another mouse so I am willing to do anything necessary to fix it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hey,
Have you tried reinstalling your mouse’s drivers? If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue occurs. If it does, send me a PM along with your Razer Naga Pro’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
