When I scroll up or down the page goes back in the other direction. I'm pretty sure it is caused by hairs is the scroll sensor. I've blown compressed air on it, that makes it function normally for a while and than it goes back to being flawed. Lately blowing air on it only helps slightly before it's completely messed up again.
What can I do to fix it?

It would seem that your scroll wheel is already defective. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it for your case? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can validate your warranty entitlement. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
