After 2 days of the warranty expire, my naga pro started to scroll up by it self, i thought it was dirty inside or a software update was missing but is not the case, i notice when i turn off the mice for a few minutes and turn it back on start working with no problem, sooo not sure what is the problem. anyone has a solution ?

I’m here to help. Have you tried cleaning the scroll wheel using a can of compressed air? Does the issue persist when using the mouse via Hyperspeed (2.4 Ghz) and Bluetooth? Have you tried testing the mouse on a PC without the Razer Synapse installed to check if the same issue happens? To isolate the problem, perform the troubleshooting here.
