So, after I finally managed to solve the Tartarus V2 joystick drifting problem for good, I reinstalled Synapse and plugged back my Naga Pro, and after restoring back my settings and bindings, I now find myself unable to use the left/right scrolling bindings, regardless of the application/game, or the key/binding applied.
If I quit Synapse, the bindings (with profiles saved onboard) works again.
Basically the same as this old thread:

It mentions calibration, but it's a feature I never used.
