Naga Pro stutter on dongle. | Razer Insider

Found a reddit thread from 3 months ago that I believe describes my issue of the mouse suddenly freezing and won't work for a few seconds while on the wireless dongle. Someone mentioned they got a firmware update for that and linked a file that obviously can't be downloaded anymore. Can't find anywhere in Synapse that would check for newer firmware. (Why software not straight forward :L)

Edit: Found the download page on razer site, not sure what would be hard to have a link there in the software...
Still happening on the latest firmwares and has not gone away, returning this as it seems to not be worth the $150.
Hey aerobox466! Thanks for initiating this thread. Sorry to hear about your Naga Pro concern while it is connected via wireless to your computer. Allow me to help. If you are using a Windows computer, please update your Intel drivers by clicking this link. Also, does the issue happens while connecting the mouse to a different computer or USB port?

Was happening regardless of which USB port I use. My router is about 8 feet away from the mouse and I have it set to low power 2.4ghz mode. My headset also uses 2.4ghz network and it does not cut out (although this did take a few days to figure out how to configure the router to play nicely with it.) I should also note I use an ethernet cord instead of wireless on my computer to reduce the traffic.

I will update intel drivers and report back (assuming you're just advising to update some wireless stuff since I'm an AMD cpu.) But I don't have any strong hopes for it.
Would seem as though that did nothing to help fix it. Instantly within the first 2 minutes of using it I can see a disconnect or something that happens. I literally have the dongle attached to the cable of the mouse and have it sitting 5 inches away from the mouse.

Thanks for letting me know. Were you able to update its firmware? If you haven't, please click this link and see if it helps.
