Naga Pro transceiver firmware corrupted

I recently updated the firmware on my Naga Pro wireless dongle/mouse via this process. The mouse is fine in both wired and bluetooth mode, however when I plug the 2.4 ghz transceiver into my computer, it causes windows to seize up, and the cursor erratically teleports around the the screen while moving it.

I would like to flash the firmware on my transceiver back to factory defaults and perform the update again - is that possible?

Yikes! Sorry for the inconvenience. The process is irreversible, and it seems that the dongle got a hardware issue . If the device is still within warranty and was from a local store, please contact them and ask for a warranty claim. Otherwise, send me a PM or submit a case to our Support Team, so I can help you submit a replacement request.
