I have a Razer Naga Pro v2 Mouse, and I'm trying to connect to my working laptop via bluetooth, but the mouse keeps connecting to a different device that I'm unware.!--startfragment>
Initially, I found it was connecting automatically to my macbook, I've opened the bluetooth settings from my macbook and clicked on "Forget this Device" but the mouse was still making a connection to a paired device. If I pressed the combination to pair to a new device, he isn't doing it. It gets stuck on that already stablished connection where there isn't any of it.
I've also tried to reset the mouse to factory settings using synapse, but no success as well.
