I recently bought a Naga Pro V2 and it has been working perfectly fine when using blue tooth mode up until today when it randomly disconnected, wasn’t mouse’s issue bluetooth on computer crapped out for a second. This unfortunately got me to swap it to the 2.4Ghz setting for a little while where I noticed no matter what I changed the lighting setting to in Synapse, it would just flicker that color then go back to a default blue. No matter how I changed it, the mouse would only show the new setting for about 5sec while also flickering to blue, then it would default back to the blue.
I guess I’m just wondering if this is a sign of a defective product or a bad mix of firmware and synapse? I have already reinstalled synapse a few times and tried to update firmware but it says it’s up to date.
