Naga Pro V2 side 12 buttons panel

Hello,

 

I purchased a Razer Naga Pro V2 approximately two year's ago just when out warranty. Recently, I’ve been experiencing issues with the 12-button magnetic side plate.

 

Button 1 has stopped working in bottom half of the button— which has had intermittent issues for some time— is now also no longer functioning correctly. The mouse itself is otherwise in very good condition and works well.

 

I would like to know whether it is possible to purchase only the 12-button magnetic side plate as a replacement, rather than replacing the entire mouse.

I’m happy to know that your Razer Naga Pro V2 is in a very good condition and works well despite having issues with the 12-button magnetic side plate. Please know  that Razer does not officially sell the 12-button magnetic side plate for the Naga V2 Pro separately as a replacement part. You can try checking other online sellers like Amazon - and see if Amazon has it in stock.
