Naga randomly stops working | Razer Insider

I've recently had an issue where my Naga stops working for 20-60 seconds timeframes. The basic mouse functions still work, point/click, etc., but all the side buttons don't work and all the lights turn off. It will then just randomly start working again. My Synapse software is fully up to date. Is it possible that the mouse itself is just dying? I don't have that many hours on it. It's a wired version too, so it's not a wireless signal issue.

Which Razer Naga model are you referring to? Is this an earlier version that is compatible with the Razer Synapse 2.0? If it's part of the Synapse 3.0 compatible device, please reset the mouse by going to the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings and see if it helps. You may replicate the mouse behavior by connecting it to another USB port or computer without an installed Razer Synapse 3.0. I’ll be locking this thread now.
