My Razer Naga Pro doesn't show up in the device list so I can't take full advantage of macros and reconfigure to my desired configuration. Doesnt decected by any existing type of connect (wire, wireless 2.4, bluetooth). Tested on laptop, same problem.
It detected in device manager

It shows correct when i try update firmware or connect with dongle utility
 

Previously, it was displayed in devices only through the bluetooth adapter, now it doesnt work any way to connect.
 

What I tried and what doesnt help:
Tested on another PC.
Reinstalled synapse with manual and automatic registry cleaning 10 times.
Removed devices many times from the list of devices in the device manager.
I updated the drivers manually and automatically in the device manager.
Updated bios.
Reinstalled windows 10.
I did a clean install of windows 11.
I tried to reinstall synapse with the music or the player turned on (one comment under the YouTube video with such a problem)
Whether looked ID of the equipment with necessary.
I tested different usb ports and usb wires to connect.
I tried to install all possible razer software and modules for them (by the way, I can change the color on it through chroma visualizer)

I don't know what else I can do to try and fix it. I am very upset, in general I am satisfied with the device and the settings, but one single problem due to the lack of display of the device in the software essentially puts an end to an expensive product.
