The problems I’m having are kind of hard to explain.
With the mouse, it will occasionally stop moving, then do all the movement at once. E.g. I move the mouse right then up, nothing happens for a couple seconds, then my cursor will snap up and to the right.
With the keyboard, it’ll randomly decide to think a bunch of keys are pressed when they aren’t. If I’m gaming for example it’ll force me to crouch and move right. This is temporarily fixed by unplugging it and replugging it in.

Just for isolation, can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issues continue? Please also send me a PM with the serial numbers so I can verify them in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the sensor and input issues you're currently experiencing.
