I have a Naga Trinity, Tartarus V2 and Barracuda Pro. I have been using all of them with Synapse Beta, or 3. Until yesterday all was working fine. But today my Naga Trinity is not mapping the buttons, it keeps using the default. I have tried different profiles, restart PC, create a new profile, nothing worked. What I notice is that I have two profiles saved in memory, and when I exit Razer Synapse my Naga Trinity goes to the saved in memory and all buttons work as intended. The problem starts whenever I start the Razer Synapse.

Try to repair your Synapse software by clicking here. If that didn’t work, please collect your Synapse logs for further troubleshooting. Once done, please compress/zip the logs and save them on Google Drive or Dropbox and send the link here via PM.
