Naga Trinity and the synapse installer.. wont install

I bought the Trinity today! And been trying rest of the day to get past this point (see image) went 3 rounds with tech help ~ used different browser ~ updated windows updates that I DID NOT want installed but the person insisted that is what is causing the issue (are you sure? - yes I am - really sure? - Definitely) So I did te updates and again see the attached image. and when i came back to chew they were closed down.

I bypassed the installer and installed that v3 beta synapse and after being told it is teh only program that will work with trinity.. it didnt, It just kept crashing.

SO there has to be some 3rd person software that will allow me to utilize the trinity mouse.? Yes? I hope cause right night i have a very fancy looking yet ordinary mouse sitting here..
