Naga Trinity cursor skipping often (unhappy customer here) | Razer Insider

Hello,

I've been a Naga user for over 10 years (basically when it first came out). So I think I know what I'm talking about when I reference "usual behavior".

I just bought a Naga Trinity because my old Naga Chroma's scroll wheel was becoming less reliable. I'm used to the Naga's starting to break down after 1-2 years of heavy use. Really Razer is the only company that allows as many macros as the Nagas have, and I only have one arm, so more macros equals more amazing. I've gone through almost every iteration of Naga that's been released. And let me say this, I'm NOT LIKING the Trinity.
Am I missing something here? My Naga Chroma works just fine on Synapse 3.0, buttery smooth across the screen.

This issue is reminding me of the way the Limited Edition Green Naga's worked. They also skipped the mouse cursor. What gives Razer?

How can we resolve this?
Thanks for the lack of support Razer. I'm returning the Trinity. What a piece of crap.
How about making an Support ticket instead of ranting here?
