Naga Trinity keybinds not updating when changed

I just bought the Ornata V3 X keyboard and once i installed it my Naga Trinity mouse stop working, at first it was just functioning as a normal mouse, no light and no side keys working, i removed the side panel and put it back  and once i did that the lights started working, but now the keybinds that i have set dont work, ive tried changing them and then back to see if that would work, i also uninstalled Synapse and reinstalled it, restarted my pc and still dosent it work, synapse shows that i have changed the keybinds but when i press the button it dosent work.
