I’ve been having issues with the scroll wheel on the mouse since I purchased it. Some days it works fine, other days it just doesn’t. The Synapse updater also doesn’t seem to work well. It downloads a few bytes, some times a mb or 2, then pauses, so I have to keep clicking resume download every few seconds. This has been an ongoing issue since I first installed the mouse. It seems to be a software issue, and honestly if it isn’t fixed this will be the last product I ever buy from this company.
